Success4Business
The Business Challenge
LloydsTSB wanted to develop a forum for their small business customers. The aims were to
- Provide advice and guidance to small businesses on all aspects of their lifecycle
- Offer a free directory for their small business customers to advertise their services
- Host a discussion forum for their customers to discuss common experiences, issues or problems
- Promote LloydsTSB products and financial services to their small business customers
The solution had to include rich content authoring, editing and publishing features so the articles could be dynamic and up-to-date.
What ThoughtBreak Did
We worked in collaboration with LloydsTSB’ business managers, BroadVision and the chosen graphic designers to design and deliver a comprehensive solution based on LTSB’s BroadVision platform.
Using the XML based Content Management solution authors were able to create rich editorials and store multiple versions or upload them to the web site.
Customers were able to browse and rate articles, register to advertise their business; contribute to discussions with other customers; apply online for LTSB products and more.
The Outcome
ThoughtBreak helped to deliver a hugely functional small business forum meeting all LloydsTSB’s business goals for the project.
